Cyprus360Tours is a sole proprietorship based in Paphos, Cyprus, providing 360° virtual tour photography. This page explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or book a shoot, why we collect it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus law.

What we collect
Analytics (only if you accept cookies): pages you visit, time on page, device type, country/city (from IP), referrer. Yandex.Metrica also records anonymous session video (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling) to help us improve the site. Booking form: name, phone or WhatsApp number, property type and city, anything else you write in the message. You provide this voluntarily to request a shoot.
Legal basis
Analytics cookies: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by clicking "Accept" on the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time. Booking form: performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Cookies and similar technology
If you accept cookies, we set: • _ga and _ga_* — Google Analytics, expires after up to 2 years • _ym_* — Yandex.Metrica, expires after up to 1 year If you reject, no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics continues to run in cookieless ping mode (no identifiers, no tracking).
Third parties we share data with
• Google LLC — Google Analytics, Google Ads (if you arrive via an ad) • Yandex LLC — Yandex.Metrica (only if you accept cookies) • Meta Platforms / WhatsApp — only if you click the WhatsApp button, which opens a chat with us in WhatsApp We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep data
Analytics data: up to 26 months in Google Analytics, default retention. Booking enquiries: up to 24 months, then deleted, unless a contract is in progress.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. If you believe we are not handling your data lawfully, you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).
Changes
If we update this policy, the date at the top will change.
